Our letter department uses an ACCU BEND, a computerized machine that bends channel letters, to bend the cans for each letter with precision accuracy.  This department has its own metal shear and break for custom fabrication of raceway boxes among other things.  It is fully stocked with everything it needs to build any type of letter.  This is where all of the internal lighting and electrical work is put into place, as well as the faces and trim for the letters.
